We prepare a clear written quote showing your chosen core package, selected design options, from‑price and any optional upgrades.
Once you approve the design and quotation, you pay a project deposit.
We complete a survey to check room dimensions, electrics, cable routes, ventilation and structural details.
We order materials, book the installation date and coordinate all joinery, electrical and AV work.
Our installers complete the build, lighting, AV setup, finishing and decoration. We keep you updated throughout with daily progress where required.
We demonstrate how everything works, walk you through the controls and scenes, and provide aftercare support and warranty details.
